How a practice goes
Every session is 75-90 minutes — carefully arranged components that together create a deeply transformative experience.
An ancient, powerful transformative practice combining breathwork, mantra, movement and meditation. The yoga of awakening — in a sacred yurt in nature nearby.
The Yoga of Awakening
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient, powerful transformative practice that brings together breathwork, mantra, movement and meditation into one complete experience. It is known as "The Yoga of Awakening" — because it works directly with the energy of consciousness.
Unlike other types of yoga, Kundalini is not just a physical practice. It simultaneously affects the body, mind and spirit — releasing tension, dissolving blockages and awakening a person's inner potential.
At Kubera Space we practice according to the original methodology of Yogi Bhajan, transmitted through KRI (Kundalini Research Institute, USA). Each session is carefully structured and adapted to your needs.
Session Format
Every session is 75-90 minutes — carefully arranged components that together create a deeply transformative experience.
Gentle movements, stretching and body preparation. Setting up the breath and conscious presence in the moment.
A specific series of postures, movements and breathwork with a precisely defined sequence. Each kriya targets a specific goal — nervous system, immunity, emotional balance.
Pranayama — powerful breathing exercises that activate energy, clear the mind and balance the nervous system.
Mantra, mudra and concentration. Meditation consolidates the effect of the kriya and opens the path to inner stillness and clarity.
Shavasana with live vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls. The body integrates the effects of the practice, while the mind sinks into deep rest.
Benefits of the Practice
Regular Kundalini yoga practice works on all levels — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Kriyas work directly with the muscles, joints and internal organs, releasing accumulated physical tension and stimulating natural recovery processes.
The combination of breathwork and meditation calms the mind and reduces inner noise.
The spiritual dimension of the practice opens the path to deeper self-knowledge.
Activation of the energy centers gives sustained vitality for the entire day.
Targeted techniques for dissolving emotional and energy stagnation.
Meditative practices sharpen focus, improve memory and develop inner knowing — the ability to sense what is right for you beyond logic.
Balancing the nervous system leads to calm, deep and restorative sleep.
Dissolving suppressed emotions and creating sustainable emotional harmony.
When body and mind are in balance, creative energy and inner joy come naturally.
Specific breathing techniques regulate the nervous system and reduce chronic fatigue.
Kundalini Yoga works directly with the subconscious patterns that generate fear, anxiety and feelings of helplessness. The practice helps you become aware of them and transform them.
